Abstract (en)
The packaging (1) for grinding sheets or disks is a stack of grinding materials (2) in layers (10). Each sheet has a grinding surface (7) and an edge (8). The layers are joined together at least at one edge section (3a) in a release bond, using a fusible adhesive. Where the layers are grinding disks, they are bonded together in their layers at three points around the circumference.

In einer Verpackungseinheit (1) wird ein flächiges Schleifmittel (2, 12, 22) in einer Vielzahl von Lagen (10) aneinandergelegt. Das Schleifmittel weist wenigstens eine Schleiffläche (7) und einen Rand (8, 13a, 13b) auf. Die Lagen (10) des Schleifmittels (2, 12, 22) werden in wenigstens einem Randabschnitt (3a, 3b; 15, 17; 23a, 23b) lösbar miteinander verbunden. Die Verbindung wird vorteilhaft durch Auftragen eines Klebstoffs, beispielsweise eines Schmelzklebstoffs oder eines Dispersionsklebstoffes auf die Randabschnitte erzeugt. Die Erfindung umfasst sowohl in Lagen aufeinandergestapelte Schleifscheiben oder Schleifblätter wie auch ein in Lagen spiralförmiges, aufgewickeltes Schleifband. <IMAGE>
