Abstract (en)
The strip material is moved alternating over and under at least two stretch-levelling working rollers (7,8), between a cooling zone and a coiler. The working rollers are offset relative to each other, to deflect the strip on every roller. The rollers are of two types, being cylindrical or with a negative or positive roller crown. The rollers are self-propelled, and the stretch-levelling zone is water cooled.

Um in einem in einer Warmbandwalzanlage, bestehend aus einer Fertigstraße, einer Kühlstrecke, einem Treiber und einer Haspelanlage, gewalzten Metall gewünschte Planheits- und Spannungsverhältnisse einzustellen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß das Bandmaterial (1) in dem Bereich zwischen Kühlstrecke und Haspel alternierend über und unter mindestens zwei hintereinander angeordnete Streckrichter-Arbeitsrollen (7, 8) unter Ausbildung einer Streckrichterzone (6) geführt wird, wobei die Streckrichter-Arbeitsrollen (7, 8) so zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind, daß das Metallband an jeder Streckrichter-Arbeitsrolle (7, 8) umgelenkt wird. <IMAGE>
