The method involves using at least two imprintable print forms in the printing machine, with which several prints can be produced after a single imprinting, whereby the second print form (110) is imprinted during a printing with the first print form (104). The print forms are preferably exchanged on-the-fly between the use of the first and the second print form, and the imprinting of the print forms results through local irradiation.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Rotationsdruckmaschine (80), wobei während des Druckens mit einer ersten Druckform (104) eine zweite Druckform (110) bebildert wird.
