Abstract (en)
An angled detachable insert (2) connects to the franking machine (1). Its front wall (21) and side wall (22) are at right angles, the latter docking onto the machine. The descending channel (211) of the front wall leaves the letter lower edge level (121) in the machine. An adjustably angled section (3) includes a front wall (31), side wall (32) and base wall (33), all mutually orthogonal. The base wall holds the letters; the front wall leads into that of the insert. The side wall is a resilient buffer across the path of letters, with adjustable spacing behind the channel. Side wall spacing from the machine exit, exceeds the size of letters being processed. Preferred features: The guide plane of the machine has a similar fall to that of the descending channel. The front wall of the angled section is led into a matching slot of the front wall of the insert. The front wall and side wall of the angled section are separated by a gap (34). The angled section is corrosion-resistant, preferably implemented in metal or plastics.

Anordnung zur Ablage von Aufzeichnungsträgern, insbesondere von Briefen, die auf einer Kante stehend aus einer Frankier- und/oder Adressiermaschine ausgeworfen werden. Zweck ist eine Verbesserung der Zuverlässigkeit und der Gebrauchseigenschaften. Aufgabengemäß sollen größere Stapelhöhen ermöglicht und eine Staubildung verhindert werden. Erfindungsgemäß sind nachfolgend an die Frankiermaschine 1 ein winkelförmiger Einsatz 2 mit einer Rinne 211 in Transportrichtung und ein Winkelteil 3 angeordnet. Der Einsatz 2 ist mit seiner Seitenwand 22 lösbar an die Frankiermaschine angekoppelt und weist in seiner Vorderwand 21 eine Rinne 211 in Transportrichtung auf, in der die Briefe entlanggleiten. Der Winkelteil 3 ist mit seiner Vorderhand 31 in dem Einsatz 2 geführt und weist eine Seitenwand 32 orthogonal zur Transportrichtung auf, die als federnde Prallwand ausgeführt ist. Auf diese Weise bleibt der Gleitbereich stets frei und es wird eine geordnete Stapelablage bei wesentlich gesteigerter Stapelhöhe erreicht. <IMAGE>
