Abstract (en)
A closure (100) comprises complementary engaging sections. Each section is located on a support strip. The film (F) supplied, will form the sachet wall. A strip of the closure is welded transversely across the film which is then shaped into a tube. Finally, the second strip is welded to the opposite face of the film. Independent claims are included for a machine carrying out the process which has a closure feeder (60) supplying transversely towards film off the roll (10). Closure welding equipment (70) attaches the closure strips to the film. A shaping section (20) forms the film onto the filling tube. A further welder (50) completes attachment of the second closure strip to the opposite face of the film. The film equipped with closure is also claimed, as is the sachet made as described. Preferred features: The complementary profiles are inter-engaged during welding of the first strip. The closure comprises two complementary profiles, located one on each separate strip. The profiles may be attached to a single U-shaped strip of material, its convex section facing the rear, in the direction of motion (L) of the film. The welding method and machine are further detailed.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation et fermeture de sachets, comprenant les étapes consistant à fournir un moyen de fermeture (100) comprenant deux profilés complémentaires (112,122) disposés sur deux voiles supports respectifs (114,124), fournir un film support (F) destiné à composer les parois du sachets, souder un voile (114) du moyen de fermeture (100) sur le film (F) au niveau de l'un au moins des bords longitudinaux dudit voile, le moyen de fermeture (100) étant orienté transversalement à la direction longitudinale (L) du film, conformer le film (F) ainsi muni du moyen de fermeture, sous forme d'un tube, puis souder le second voile (124) du moyen de fermeture (100) sur une face opposée du film (F), au niveau d'un bord seulement dudit second voile (124). <IMAGE>
