Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0907218A2] The high current cable (31) has the end located between a pair of terminal blocks (211,212), one of which has a tapered contact surface. The blocks are forced into contact with the cable end with the use of clamping bolts (217). The plane surface terminal block is fixed to a rigid conductor (11). The blocks are coupled together by a pivot mounted link (22).
