Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0908116A2] The table top is supported by at least three legs (3) each fitted to the table to swivel about a vertical axis (5) offset from the central axis through the leg. A roller (4) at the bottom of each leg has a non swivel mounting, with the self tracking action provided by the swivel setting of the leg. With a hollow leg a large diameter roller can be mounted inside the leg with only the bottom part of the roller showing. No separate brake is required for the rollers. To stabilize the position of the table one leg is turned at right angles to the others.
