Abstract (en)
The work surface (1) is hinged on a horizontal support bar (2) fitted to a vertical wall and is swung up into a storage position flat against the wall. In the drop down position the work surface forms an additional work surface and has a selection of fittings e.g. plate rack, holder for containers, drainage surface, etc.. The work surface is supported on an existing fixed surface (17) by height adjustable feet (6). The work surface can be plastics molded with rear tags to form the hinge fittings on the wall bar.
