Device for unloading a centrifugal dryer where several organs (20) are between the perforated wall (6a) and the filter medium (9), parallel to the wall of the dryer basket (6) when at rest. Each organ presses against the wall at one end and at the other there is a controller (21) which is longitudinally compressed to bend the organ into a convex projection locally deforming the filter medium Each organ is an elastically deformable pre-bent arm which, at rest, has a convexity towards the filter medium, or is a series of rigid elements articulated together to form a chain which is guided in longitudinal movement. The controller is a cylindrical piston sliding in a bore in the wall of the basket, with one end pressing on the free end of the organ and the other outside the basket. The controller is operated by a lever pressing between its ends on the wall of the vessel, with one end on the controller and the other operated manually. Alternatively, the controller is operated by a crown cattied by means of expansion which displace it from a resting position away from the controllers to a point pressing on them. Each unloading organ is associated with a rigid plate extending over at least part of its length, between the organ and the filter medium. Each rigid plate is in a pocket in the filter medium and is fixed to the unloading organ, or is fixed to the retaining net between the unloading organ and the filter medium.

Il s'agit d'un dispositif de débâtissage pour essoreuse centrifuge dans laquelle le gâteau est retenu par un média filtrant (9) tapissant au moins la partie perforée (6a) d'un panier rotatif (6). Selon l'invention, il comprend : d'une part, plusieurs organes de débâtissage (20) qui, disposés au repos, sensiblement parallèlement aux génératrices de la paroi perforée (6a) du panier (6) et entre cette paroi et le média filtrant (9), sont espacés angulairement, chaque organe (20) étant en appui par l'une de ses extrémités sur une paroi du panier (6) et étant muni, à l'autre extrémité, d'un moyen de commande (21) apte à recevoir un effort longitudinal de compression provoquant, par déformation de l'organe (20), la formation d'au moins une saillie convexe déformant localement le média filtrant (9), et d'autre part, des moyens d'actionnement aptes à venir en contact contre le moyen de commande (21) de chaque organe de débâtissage (20) pour le déplacer dans le sens de la formation de la saillie. <IMAGE>
