Abstract (en)

The bottle seal has a moulded plug made from hard plastics with a complete sealing face provided by a softer plastics layer (D) bonded to the thrust face of the seal. A bore (SQ) through the plug provides a grip for the securing bracket by which the plug is clamped onto the bottle opening. The hard plastics seal is made of plastics while the sealing layer can be made of a thermoplastic elastomer for a secure seal and long life. The sealing layer is injected onto the harder plastic seal, with grooves in the latter to key in the sealing layer.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Flaschenverschluß für eine Bügelverschlußflasche aus einem Verschlußteil (V), einem Spannstück (S) und einem mit dem Spannstück (S) verbundenen Dichtstück (O). Dazu weist das Spannstück (S) eine Spannfläche (SF) auf, mit der das Dichtstück (D) an die Ausgießöffnung anlegbar ist, wobei das Verschlußteil (V) als Verbundelement ausgebildet ist und das Spannstück (S) aus einem durch die Schließkraft nur geringfügig elastisch verformbaren Thermo- oder Duroplast besteht. Das Dichtstück (D) hingegen besteht aus einem erheblich verformbaren und hochelastischen Kunststoff. Mit den Eigenschaften dieses Flaschenverschlusses soll erreicht werden, daß die Qualität der in der Flasche gelagerten Flüssigkeit erhalten bleibt. Dieses wird dadurch erreicht, daß das Dichtstück (D) vollflächig derart auf dem Spannstück (S) aufgebracht ist, daß das Dichtstück die Flaschenöffnung vollständig verschließt und aus einem solchen Material besteht, daß die Flasche gegen das Eindringen von atmosphärischem Sauerstoff abgedichtet ist. <IMAGE>
