[origin: EP0908669A1] The low pressure preheater, for stored water, has separate support plates (8) for the tube bundles, each in a single piece. The dividing wall (11) is of separate sheet sections, bonded to the support plates (8). The side plates (9) are each in a single piece, held in slit openings (14) at the support plates (8). The support plates (8) are held together in tension by tie rods.
