[origin: DE19626293A1] The invention concerns an ultrasonic transducer with a pot-shaped oscillating element which sits in a transducer housing and which has a piezo disc at the base. The aim of the invention is to simplify the electrical contacting of the connecting leads to the oscillating element or piezo disc and to make this more adaptable to automatic production. The device of the invention comprises contact springs (3, 4) which are no longer soldered to or caulked with the indicated element but only resiliently rest on the element. Improvements are made through a contact body (1) which essentially forms a cylinder, in which the contact springs (3, 4) are sealed and which at the same time can serve as a shock absorber.
