[origin: EP0911269A2] Longitudinal beams (2) are each reinforced by a mirror-image beam (21) with openings (61) aligning with those (6) in the longitudinal beam and spaced from them. The reinforcing beams comprise open C- or U-sections, positioned one inside the other. The lower legs form skids (4) on which the pallet stands. Transverse beams (3) are preferably formed by C- or U-sections.
