[origin: EP0911581A2] The lamp socket (1) has a housing (2) containing a rotor (16) provided with a cylindrical section (19) with a pair of pin support elements (26,27) either side of a reception slit (24) for the terminal pin of a fluorescent light tube, which can be aligned with a reception slit (23) in the housing.
