[origin: EP0911776A2] The hazard warning system has a central processing station (9) coupled to several hazard alarms, esp. for smoke and/or fire (8), and/or sensors, esp. spatial monitoring sensors (11,13,17), of one or more buildings (2) for common detection of information, esp. warnings and/or measurement values. The central processing station is coupled to one or more hazard warning and/or operating centres (15) and/or a higher level building control centre (14) for passing on warnings, measurement values and/or combination results.
