[origin: WO9801274A1] The invention concerns a high-pressure mixing head preferably for polyurethane reactive plastics, the mixing head comprising a mixing chamber and a settling chamber, and the settling chamber having a substantially rectangular cross-section with an axial ratio of between 10 and 100. The high-pressure mixing head can be used in particular to produce filler-containing polyurethanes, the fillers being centrifuged laterally against the reactive mixture which emerges in the form of a curtain from the settling chamber.
