[origin: US6129305A] PCT No. PCT/EP98/02867 Sec. 371 Date Nov. 18, 1998 Sec. 102(e) Date Nov. 18, 1998 PCT Filed May 15, 1998 PCT Pub. No. WO98/52858 PCT Pub. To prepare for a reel change, the new reel can be shifted by the primary transport device into a reel-changing position in which a new winding gap is formed between the new reel and the pressing drum. In the reel-changing position, the material web is guided over a circumference region of the new reel.
