Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9749638A1] The invention discloses a method for the activation of liquids composed of polar molecules, such as, for instance, water, by using an electric field and its implementing device. The device comprises a housing (1) containing separating means constituting a central zone (B) and two lateral zones (A, C) inside the housing, two electrodes connected to a current source being set in the lateral zones (A, C), the separating device being arranged so as to be crossed by the anions and the cations and by a flow of liquid coming from the central zone (B) such that the chemical products that are generated in the lateral zones (A, C) containing the electrodes cannot access the central zone (B).
