Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0913117A1] An implement is washed in a solution containing a cleaning agent and water, and rinsed. The implement is soaked in an impregnation solution which also contains the cleaning agent and water. The impregnation solution, cleaning agent and water are released from the implement, leaving a residual moisture content in which condition the implement is ready for use for a limited area of surface e.g. 10-20 m<2>.
