Crutch (38) is suspended on a support with an elastic section (14), passing over the shoulder or neck of the user and having a detachable attachment for the crutch. Preferably there are two attachments (26,30) which support crutches at points spaced from each other. The support is preferably in the form of a belt which passes along the crutch handle and holds it vertical. The attachment may pass under the handle (40) and/or the lower arm side guide members (46). The elastic section is preferably of a woven material.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Hilfselement für Krücken, bei dem die Krücke (38) an einem Träger aufhängbar ist, der einen elastischen Abschnitt (14) aufweist und dafür bestimmt ist, über die Schulter oder den Nacken des Krückenbenutzers zu verlaufen. Der Träger (12) weist eine insbesondere lösbare Aufhängevorrichtung (18) für die Krücke (38) auf. <IMAGE>
