[origin: EP0913576A1] A V- or U-shaped two-armed spring pin (20,22) is located in a stator housing (16) and has upper and lower stable positions. When the rotor cam (12) rotates anticlockwise to a start position a cam face (50) moves the pin from the upper to the lower position where clockwise rotation to an intermediate position engages a cam face (46) to prevent return to the start position without resetting anticlockwise rotation.
