[origin: WO9741888A1] The invention features an immunogenic complex, characterised in that it contains at least one oligo- or polysaccharide eptitope naturally present in bacteria, coupled with a carrier protein selected among the protein for binding with the human serumalbumin of Streptococcus, outer membrane proteins of gram-negative bacteria or fragments thereof. The invention also features vaccines containing such an immunogenic complex, and the method for preparing same.
