Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9743113A1] The invention discloses a method for continuous extraction of a liquid contained in a raw material, characterised in that in a first section A of an extruding machine (1), the raw material is introduced and the following operations are carried out: a first mixing and a first heating operation, at least one pressing and one filtering operation on the material, at least one compression and one shearing operation, at least a second mixing and a second heating operation, and in a second section B of the said extruding machine (1), at least one pressing and one filtering operation on the material, and in a third section C of the said extruding machine (1), the dry residue of the said material is compressed and extruded. The invention also features a continuous extracting installation for implementing the method.
