[origin: DE19749466C1] The method for producing rolled or cast metal strip with descaled surface includes annealing, stretch-bend straightening and pickling. Stretch-bend straightening takes place immediately before annealing, while pickling takes place immediately after annealing. The corresponding installation is characterised by the fact that the stretch-bend section (3) is located directly in front of the annealing unit (4), while the pickling section (5) is located directly after it.

Es handelt sich um ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Metallbändern mit einer entzunderten Bandoberfläche, wonach das jeweilige Metallband geglüht, streckbiegegerichtet und gebeizt wird. Das Streckbiegerichten findet unmittelbar vor dem Glühen und das Beizen unmittelbar nach dem Glühen statt, so daß eine besonders saubere Bandoberfläche erreicht wird, ohne daß ein Strahlen und/oder Bürsten des Metallbandes vor dem Beizen erforderlich ist. <IMAGE>
