Kombinierte Stanz- und Bindevorrichtung (1), bestehend aus einer Stanzvorichtung (2) und einer an ihr befestigten Bindevorrichtung (4), zum Stanzen und Binden eines Stapels von Blättern durch Spreizen der schlaufenförmigen Finger eines elastischen Binderückens, welcher eine parallel zu einer Kante der Blätter verlaufende Längserstreckung hat, wobei ein eigenes Spreiz-Betätigungsorgan (60) zum Betätigen der Bindevorrichtung (4) und ein eigenes Stanz-Betätigungsorgan (8) zum Betätigen der Stanzvorrichtung (2) vorgesehen sind und wobei das Spreiz-Betätigungsorgan (60) am Stanz-Betätigungsorgan (8) drehbar befestigt ist. <IMAGE>
