The front end (52) of the impervious body (44) has a larger diameter and is located opposite the holding element (45). The holding device (45) has means for the coupling with the collecting receptacle (5) and for the maintenance of the impervious body (44) in a tight position in the opening (50) which is diametrically opposite the impervious body (44) and tapered on the inner side. The invention also consists of a separation device (11), a collecting receptacle (5), a collector device (1) consisting of these various parts, and a method of separating substances.
