[origin: DE19630597A1] A multilayered transparent amorphous thermoplastic plate with at least one central layer and at least one outer layer which are mainly composed of crystallizable thermoplastic. The thermoplastic of the central layer has a higher standard viscosity than the outer layer. The invention also relates to a method of manufacture for the above-mentioned plate as well as to its use. According to the invention the plate can also contain at least one additive such as ultra violet stabilizers, antioxidant agents and/or one anti-scratch coating on at least one side.
