[origin: EP0916454A1] The floor-covering components are esp. ready-made parquet, laminate or floor panels. Each form unit (20,23) has a recess (20b,24b) for the band (16,26), and an arm (19) with a projection (25), which is fixable by engagement in a groove (27) or one tongue (29) of the floor covering components (14). With the fixed arm, the accommodation is so positioned that the band (16,26) is guided near to the floor covering components. The form unit has a support component (17) at a distance from the wall (21), which is adjustable. The support component has a convexly curved head. The projection forms a bend of the arm.
