Abstract (en)
The apparatus for yarn false twisting has a yarn layer which opens and closes a heating flap (44) at the heater (8). The position of the yarn guide is fed to the control (37) as a control signal. The upper limit stop of the sliding unit (14), for the yarn layer, is a contact switch (38) linked to the control (37) to open and close a heater flap at the heater (8). The control has a 3/2 path valve (39) and a closing cylinder (40), where the cylinder pressure zone (41) is evacuated or filled by a pressure supply (1). The sliding unit (14) is a magnet, which moves over the outer surface of a sleeve (26), and has an opposing polarity to the moving compressed air magnet piston within the sleeve. The magnet piston is controlled by a 4/3 path control valve, to move the sliding unit. The control valve is set manually between ratchet positions for the movement of the yarn layer to move in, be held in place and be moved out. The ratchet positions can be set by a push rod. The sliding unit can be locked.

Es wird eine Texturiermaschine mit mehreren Arbeitsstationen und einem höhenverstellbaren Fadenanleger zum Anlegen eines Fadens (10) in einer Heizeinrichtung (8) und/oder Kühleinrichtung (9) beschrieben, wobei bei der Texturiermaschine an jeder Arbeitsstation der Faden (10) über ein Lieferwerk (11), die Heizeinrichtung (8), die Kühleinrichtung (9), einen Falschdraller und ein Abzugswerk (12) zu einer Aufwicklung (13) geführt wird. Gemäß der Erfindung bewirkt der Fadenanleger (5) das Öffnen oder Schließen einer Heizklappe (44) der Heizeinrichtung (8), wobei die Position des Fadenführers (6) als Steuersignal einer Steuereinrichtung (37) zugeführt wird. <IMAGE>
