The stowage box (1), for a bicycle or motor cycle, has a fixed section (2) with a swing hood (3). The fixed (2) and swing (3) sections have side plates (4,5) and cover plates (6,7) of aluminum sheet. The cover sections have edge profiles (8,9) to give a waterproof sealing against the side plates. The closure (16) has a hand grip (17), to lock the hood (3) to the fixed section (2). The fixed section (2) is secured to the base by lateral profiles (18,19). A draw spring (15) assists the raising and lowering of the hood (3).

Die Abstellbox (1), insbesondere für Fahrräder, Motorfahrräder oder Motorräder umfasst einen Festteil (2) und eine am Festteil (2) drehbar befestigte, um den Festteil (2) umklappbare Haube (3). Der Festteil (2) und die Haube (3) weisen Seitenplatten (4,5) und Deckenplatten (6,7) aus Aluminiumblech auf. Die Deckenteile sind mittels Kantenprofilen (8,9) mit den Seitenteilen wasserdicht verbunden. Es ist eine Schliessvorrichtung (16) mit einem Handgriff (17) zum Sichern der Haube (3) am Festteil (2) vorgesehen. Der Festteil (2) wird mit Querprofilen (18,19) am Boden befestigt. Eine Zugfeder (15) gewährleistet ein erleichtertes Anheben und Absenken der Haube (3). Die Abstellbox (1) gewährleistet ein diebstahl und vandalensicheres Abstellen der in ihr aufbewahrten Gegenstände. Sie kann leicht geöffnet werden und gewährleistet einen leichten Zugang. Die Abstellbox (1) kann als Bausatz geliefert werden. <IMAGE>
