Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0916812A1] The end stage has a row of stator blades (10) and a row of narrowing rotor blades (20). The stator blades are swept forward axially at the rotor-side head end and swept back at the stator-side end, relative to the run of the rotor-side channel limit (2). The sweep-forward of the trailing edge (12) of the stator blades covers most of the radial extent parallel to the leading edge (21) of the rotor blades.
