Abstract (en)
The procedure consists of molding a basic figure shape (4) and fixing it to a transverse bar (8) used for maneuvering it during a game. Separately molded auxiliary components (6A - 6F) giving the figure an individual identity are then attached to the basic figure by means of a push fit or by a projecting peg (40) engaging with a matching hole in the base figure. The basic figure is equipped with at least one reinforcing element (10B) and a series of collars (19) for attaching the auxiliary components.

Ce procédé consiste à mouler une ébauche (4) de la figurine (2) dans un premier moule (9) et à rendre cette ébauche solidaire d'une barre de manoeuvre (8) du jeu de table. Puis, on moule au moins un élément annexe (6) de la figurine (2) dans un second moule indépendant (9A), et on fixe cet élément annexe (6) sur l'ébauche (4). La figurine ainsi réalisée présente une grande modularité, et un temps de cycle réduit. <IMAGE>
