Abstract (en)
A housing with an electrode has mounting units (322) engaged with respective cartridge mounting units (324). The cartridge is mounted in housing without any installation tools. A connector connected to electrode and power supply, applies electric bias to electrode. A shield is provided for protecting the electrode.
