Abstract (en)
The stiffener is a rod (4) which has an asymmetrical cross section in the shape of a double T. The rod extends under a slat (1) and pivots in a heel (2) under the center of the slat and in guides (6) fixed to the end of the slat. The rod is mounted in a disc (5) that turns in a bearing (3) in the heel and it is mounted in pivoting discs (5) in the guides.

Le raidisseur est constitué d'un jonc (4) ayant un profil en double T qui est monté de façon à pouvoir pivoter dans un talon (2) rapporté sous la partie centrale de la latte (1). Le jonc est également monté dans des organes de guidage (6) fixés aux extrémités de la latte. Selon l'orientation donnée au jonc par rapport au plan de la latte, la résistance opposée à la flexion de celle-ci est variable. Application aux sommiers à lattes. <IMAGE>
