[origin: EP0919332A1] The arrangement has rotary driven tools (1). A tool holder (2) is radially displaceable wrt. a rotary driven holding body's (7) rotation axis. The tool holder may be driven rotatably about its axis (1') and is eccentrically rotatably mounted in a holding ring (3) which is also eccentrically rotatably mounted in the holding body, preferably so that the rotation axes (1',9) of the tool holder and holding body are coaxial in an inner end position. An Independent claim is also included for a use of the arrangement as the tool head of a robot.
