Abstract (en)
A slide plate to tilt the wire coils (1) is positioned behind the laying head (2) and in front of the laying rolling stage (3). The slide plate is bowl-shaped and pref. has a conical profile. The slide plate has a length of 100 - 500mm dependent upon rolling speed, and a radius larger than that of the wire coils. The slide plate has projecting side suspension studs, engaging into assembly pockets on the laying head.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Kippen der Drahtwindungen 1 hinter einem Windungsleger 2 in einer Drahtstraße, insbesondere in einer Hochgeschwindigkeitsdrahtstraße. Diese Vorrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß hinter dem Windungsleger 2 und vor dem Legerollgang 3 ein Gleitblech 6 zum Abbremsen und Kippen der Drahtwindungen 1 angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
