Abstract (en)
A nipple (12) is deep-drawn from one part (10) and upset, so that a bead (16) is formed on opposite sides of the nipple. A second part (30) is cut along two parallel lines, and the material between the lines is pressed out. The nipple bead of the first part is fitted into the area between the cutting lines (34) so that the bead engages behind the cut edges. The pressed-out material (32) of the second part remains connected by a web.

Zwei Blechteile werden vorzugsweise mit geringer Montagekraft (z.B. Handkraft) miteinander gefügt, indem ein am ersten Blechteil (10) tiefgezogener und gestauchter Nippel (12) in eine komplementäre Ausnehmung des andern Blechteils (30) infolge überwiegend elastischer Verformung des Nippels und der Ausnehmung eingeschnappt wird. <IMAGE>
