Abstract (en)
The feed system (1) has a swiveling arm (23) allocated to each end of the cut film section (13) forming the carrying handle (18). Each arm moves backwards and forwards around an axis (24) perpendicular to the plane of the film strip between two positions. A clamp (25) on the swiveling arm at each end of the film section grips the latter in the first position (I) and after moving through 90 degrees releases it in the second position (II) after forming a handle loop. Each swiveling arm (23) is connected by a rod (34) to a primary drive unit (2) including a servo drive unit (35) connected to a drive wheel (37) on a main drive shaft (38). A coaxial intermediate wheel (39) on the drive shaft is connected by another drive system (41) to wheels (42-44) with pegs (45) for diverting the ends of the connecting rods (34). The connecting rods are in pairs above and below the film strip. The film section (13) forming the handle (18) is cut from a continuous strip passing between a fixed upper (11) and moving lower (12) knife blade. Both cutting blades are located in front of a guide plate (14) for the cutoff film sections. The clamps of the swiveling arms are formed by upper and lower punches, the lower being fixed with its upward facing end passing through a cutout (28) in the film guide plate. The level of the upper punch (25) can be varied.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Tragetasche aus thermoplastischer Kunststoffolie mit einem an wenigstens einer der Taschenwandungen angebrachten, als Griffschlaufe ausgebildeten Traggriff (18) aus thermoplastischer Kunststoffolie, der zunächst in Form eines Folienstreifens (13) von einer Folienstreifenbahn (3) getrennt wird und dann mit Hilfe von mit Klemmstempeln (25, 27) versehenen Schwenkarmen (23) schnell und sicher in eine Griffposition umgelegt und dort mit Hilfe einer Streifenschweißeinrichtung (9) an der Taschenwandung befestigt werden kann. <IMAGE>
