Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0921078A1] The number of especially raw fish containers (1) are assembled to a stack in which they rotate to facilitate access. Liquid especially water from melting ice drains to the inner base (10) of the container. The base zone sidewalls (11, 12, 13, 14) of each container have drainage gullies which are open-topped for most of their length. The holes (51, 52, 53, 54) in the sidewall discharge to the outer face of the container, where the water drains directly in contact with the container outer wall into the outer water capture gully of the container below. Water continues to drain down the container stack outer face until it reaches the ground for capture in a suitable vessel or drain.
