[origin: EP0921079A1] The container, with two zones (3,5) to hold separated fluids (6,7) which are to be mixed together only at the time of use, has a bottle-shaped lower section (2) with the first holding zone (3) and an upper section (4) to give the other holding zone (5), fitted on to the bottom section (2). The second fluid holding zone (5) is linked to the holding zone (3) at the bottom section (2) through an opening which is covered by a membrane or a closure plug (35). The opening is released, directly before use, to allow the separated fluids to mix together. The membrane can be pierced by a cutting edge, operated by the container cap (10). When a plug (35) is fitted, the container cap (10) has a plunger (40) to push the plug (35) out of the opening. Turning the container cap (10) in a screw movement operates the membrane cutter or plunger (40) to detach the plug (35). The two container sections (2,4) are held together in a screw or snap-lock fitting.
