Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0921253A2] The assembly system comprises base profiles (3) and connecting profiles (4,5) fixed horizontally on vertical profiles (6) which are connected to the building wall (7). Each base profile has a U-shaped cross-section where the upwardly aligned arm (8) of the cross section further away from the building wall is shorter than the arm fixed on the vertical profiles. Each connecting profile has a short arm (10) which is further away from the building wall than a vertical arm which is connected to the vertical profiles. The lower end of this vertical arm is adjoined by a horizontal arm which has a flexible elastic insert at the open end.
