Abstract (en)
The procedure consists of collecting the light ash from incineration along the smoke outlet circuit. It is mixed with water or slurry, e.g. from waste water treatment, and returning the mixture to the incinerator firebox (10) to produce clinker and to hydrolyze organic chlorides, recuperating the clinker via an extractor (12). The dry content of the pulp after mixing is between 20 and 40 per cent by weight, and prior to returning to the firebox it can be mixed with the domestic and industrial waste. The apparatus used for the process consists of an incinerator (1), a light ash separator (2), ash recuperators (3,4), a mixer (5) with an aqueous solution feed (6), and a pump (7) for returning the mixture to the firebox (10).

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un dispositif de traitement des cendres volantes entraînées par les fumées émises lors de l'incinération de déchets ménagers et/ou industriels. Le procédé de l'invention comprend la collecte des cendres formées par des moyens appropriés (3,4), la formation d'une pulpe par apport d'eau (6) et le recyclage de cette pulpe dans le foyer (10) de l'incinérateur de déchets (1). L'invention trouve application dans le domaine du traitement des déchets ménagers et/ou industriels. <IMAGE>
