Abstract (en)
The assembly consists of container (2), neck (12) and cap (17) with applicator (22) connected by stem (20) and immersed in the product when the cap is in place on the neck. The neck is offset relative to its vertical axis and mounted on a cover ring (10) which can be rotated about the container axis. The cover ring has a scraper (25) to remove surplus product during removal of applicator, which can be a spatula, brush or block of foam or felt.

La présente demande concerne un ensemble (1) de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit, notamment cosmétique comprenant : un réservoir (2) formé d'un corps (3), surmonté d'un col (12) dont un bord libre délimite une ouverture (18); un élément d'obturation (17) apte à obturer de manière amovible ladite ouverture (18), ledit élément d'obturation (17) formant un organe de préhension pour un applicateur (22) solidaire d'une première extrémité (21) d'un organe de liaison (20), la seconde extrémité (19) de l'organe de liaison (20) étant solidaire de l'élément d'obturation (17), ledit applicateur (22) étant, en position fermée de l'élément d'obturation (17), situé à l'intérieur du réservoir (2) de manière à prélever dudit produit. Selon l'invention, le col (12) est d'axe Y, distinct de l'axe du corps, et monté libre en rotation par rapport audit corps (3). <IMAGE>
