Abstract (en)
Letterbox assembly (1) with an access flap (4) and a security flap (7). The security flap (7) provides access to a receptacle (2) for items of post (10) and access flap (4) and security flap (7) are connected to one another via a chute (6). The access flap (4) and security flap (7) are lockable. Activity on the chute (6), and opening of the access flap (4) are detected by a radar sensor (13).
