[origin: EP0922499A2] The dispenser comprises fastenings which secure at least one basic body (12) in at least one receptacle (2). The basic body and or the fastenings are supported on the outer end surface (4) and have only one support flange (33) with a support surface (36) facing away from one flange outer surface (39). The basic body protrudes outwards over the flange outer surface. The outermost end surface (27) especially extends outwards as far as the plane of the flange outer surface. Preferably a basic body and the fastenings protrude by at the most 1 to 3 mm beyond the support surface. The basic body has, at a distance from its inner end, a thin holder flange (31) protruding radially beyond its outer periphery.
