Abstract (en)
The support surface (6B) of the support component has grooves (7) emerging in the plating bath. A support component (2) for feeding current to the electrodes in an electroplating process has a support surface (6B), sliding and in electrical contact with the electrodes (3). Independent claims are also included for : the utilization of this support component, the electrode incorporating this component, the electroplating installation using the electrode and the associated electroplating process.

Installation d'électrodéposition d'un revêtement sur la surface conductrice d'une pièce comprenant des électrodes (3) immergées dans un bain reposant sur un organe d'appui (2, 4) servant à la fois de support et d'amenée de courant et présentant, avec les électrodes (3), une interface (6) d'appui comportant des rainures (7) débouchant dans le bain. Organe d'appui (2, 4) et électrodes (3) pour cette installation. On diminue sensiblement les pertes électriques et on améliore la durée de vie, notamment des organes d'appui. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
