[origin: EP0922824A1] A device for actuating a lock from the outside, particularly for an internal lock operated by an antipanic bar, characterized in that it comprises a case (1), an input tang (46) and an output tang (29), which are supported so as to be able to rotate coaxially in the case, a rod being rotationally coupled to the output tang (29) and being connected to the internal lock in order to actuate the opening action, an operating handle (55) being rotationally rigidly coupled to the pin, the tangs (29, 46) having adjacent ends between which there is a plate (34) which is guided at right angles to the rotation axis of the tangs and is provided with a first slot, which is engaged, on one side of the plate, by an eccentric pin of the input tang (46), and with a second slot (33), which can be engaged, on the opposite side with respect to the plate, by an eccentric pin of the output tang (29), so that by operating the handle (55) and the corresponding input tang (46) in one direction the output tang (29) rotates in the matching direction, an abutment (97) being further provided which can be positioned from the outside of the case (1) and allows to move the plate (34) and therefore to rotate the handle (55) and the output tang (29) only in the direction that matches the door opening direction. <IMAGE>
