[origin: EP0922827A1] The L-sectioned gear has a flat casing (1) with a long arm (1a',1a'') and a short arm (1b',1b''). The short arm has two especially flat driving rods (10a,10b) moving in contrary directions in a longitudinal direction. The long arm has a pinion section (20) pivot mounted in it and engaging with a motion-converter (21). The first driving rod is movable longitudinally with the motion-converter for converting the longitudinal movement of the driving rod into a contrary longitudinal movement of the other driving rod by a rotation-converter (30,C) in the short arm, especially on the side of the one driving rod facing away from the pinion section.
