Abstract (en)
The assembly for melt spinning synthetic filaments has at least two molten material inlets to link each molten supply to a high number of outlets each with a gully for the molten material. The channels are linked to specific outlets for the flowing molten material to be distributed. The distributor has a given configuration of inlets and outlets, and connecting channels, to set the arrangement of the assembly channels. The connecting units are exchangeable at the connecting points to direct the molten flows from the supply points to the gullies. The molten material is supplied from extruders, and the gullies are spinnerets. A distributor plate is fitted for each molten material supply point (101-103). The connecting channels (6.1-6.3) at the separate distributor plates (51-53) match the number of outlets for each molten material supply. A connection is pref. a rotating or swing component, as a sliding plate between keyed upper and lower plates. The channels in the moving intermediate plate allow the molten flows from the supply stations (101-103) to be directed to different outlets. The plate has a drive which can rotate it by exactly 90 degrees . The inlets (4.1-4.3) are at the upper plate, and the outlets (38-40) are at the lower plate, or the inlets and outlets are at the lower plate. The intermediate sliding plate has a channel for each of the supply stations (101-103). The plate can be moved by a set rotary angle, to link different outlets with different inlets.

Eine Anlage zum Spinnen von mehrfarbigen Garnen umfasst mehrere Extruder (10,12,14;101,102,103) und einen Spinnbalken (16) mit Düsenpaketen (D1 bis D18;8), die je ein Filamentvorlagegarn bilden. Die Vorlagegarne können gruppenweise in Verarbeitungspositionen P1 bis P6 zusammengefasst werden, um mehrfarbige Garne zu bilden. Ein auswechselbares oder drehbares Verteilerelement ist an einer Verbindungsstelle (VSt) vorgesehen, um Schmelzeleitungen von den Extrudern mit Schmelzeleitungen zu den Düsenpaketen (P1-P6;8) zu verbinden. Die Anlagekonfiguration kann aber durch das Auswechseln des Verteilerelementes geändert werden, z.B so dass zumindest in einer Gruppe alle Fäden die gleiche Farbe aufweisen. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
