Abstract (en)
The circular knitter, for hosiery with closed points at one end, has an intermediate transfer stage between taking the secured portion of the knitted hosiery from the hooks (30) of the hook plate (3) and onwards transfer. The intermediate stage transfers the portion of the hosiery held by the plate (3) hooks (30) to the unit to shape the pocket (ST) for the point and/or the pocket shaping system at the needle (2) cylinder (1). The intermediate movement stage is effected by the needles of the cylinder. The hosiery is knitted by the first row of needles, with the stitches held by the hooks of the plate, which gather the knitting threads to support the stocking point, and the rows of stitches are cast off successively to form the point shape in a pocket. When the pocket has been shaped, and the threads cut, the hooks move the stocking fabric to the first row of needles and transfer the stocking to the needles over a given length of the needle row. The hooks are moved back so that all the stocking fabric is held by the needles and the hook group is raised to extend the machine head.

Procédé pour la fabrication d'un produit manufacturé tubulaire tricoté avec une extrémité de pointe fermée avec une machine douée d'un cylindre (1) avec une première et une deuxième serie d'aiguilles (2,20) opposées sur des portions correspondantes semi-cylindriques (10,11) du cylindre (1) et avec un plateau (3) pourvu de crochets (30), comprenent une phase initiale de formation du tissu de la pointe en forme de poche (ST) en utilisant les aiguilles (2) de ladite première serie et des crochets correspondants (30) du plateau (3), des phases de prélèvement et de transfert de la portion de tissu qui a été engagée sur les crochets (30) du plateau (3) au moyen d'une rotation de 180° autour à un axe diamétral dudit cylindre (1) pour disposer cette portion de tissu en correspondance des aiguilles (20) du cylindre de ladite deuxième serie. Entre la phase de prélèvement de la portion de tissu qui a été engagée par le crochets (30) du plateau (3) et phase de transfert, ont prévoit le transfert de la portion de tissu qui a été engagée par les crochets (30) du plateau (3) sur des moyens de formation de ladite poche (ST), et/ou des moyens associés aux dits mayens de formation, et reliés au cylindre (1) des aiguilles (2,20). <IMAGE>
